How We're Different
Personalized Care. Conservative Treatment. Whole-Body Health.
Our goal is simple: help you keep your natural teeth healthy for as long as possible. We want you to need less dentistry over time, not more.
Yes, that really is our goal!
No dental jargon — just straightforward answers so you always understand what's happening.
Every visit starts with a conversation about your goals, concerns, and questions.
We focus on stopping problems before they start not just repairing damage after the fact.
Since our philosophy is to support your whole body, we welcome patients who want a more comfortable, practical alternative to CPAPs.
If you've been diagnosed with — or suspect you have — sleep apnea, we can design a sleep device customized to you so that you breathe better, sleep better, and feel better.
I’m Dr. Michael Marrone, and I’ve had the privilege of practicing dentistry in Niagara Falls since 1987 — in the community where I grew up. I was born and raised in Western New York, so choosing to practice in Niagara Falls was an easy decision. I believe the best healthcare happens when you’re invested in the people and community you serve.
Dentistry allows me to combine science, problem-solving, and compassion to help people heal. I love that patients can often see and experience the difference quickly. Helping people become healthier and more confident is what inspires me every day.
One thing I love most is caring for people I’m connected to: friends, neighbors, and families I’ve known for years.
Outside of dentistry, my wife (name) and I share (number of kids/grandkids), and we spend many weekends (activity placeholder).
For me, success isn’t measured only by healthy teeth — it’s measured by the relationships I build and the trust my patients place in me. When you come into our office, you’re not just another appointment. You’re someone I want to understand and take good care of.
Dentistry is constantly evolving, which is why I've completed over 4,000 hours of post-graduate continuing education and teach one day a week at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine.
My graduate studies have enabled me to work closely with patients who struggle with sleep apnea — especially those who have had difficulty tolerating traditional CPAP machines.
We always begin by talking. I want to hear about your goals, concerns, and questions. Then together we decide on the best path forward.
Most importantly, I’ll explain what you can do to reduce your risk of future problems. My goal is to help you make informed decisions and need less dentistry over time, not more.
(Yes, that really is my goal!)
