About Us
Care Built on Trust, Comfort, and Clarity
At Michael Marrone Dentistry, our mission is simple: provide thoughtful care that supports both oral health and whole-body wellness.
We believe dental visits should feel calm, informative, and collaborative. Our team takes time to explain options, answer questions, and create treatment plans that fit your life.
Whether you are here for preventive care, restorative treatment, or cosmetic improvements, we are committed to helping you feel supported at every step.
I’m Dr. Michael Marrone, and I’ve had the privilege of practicing dentistry in Niagara Falls since 1987 — in the community where I grew up. I was born and raised in Western New York, so choosing to practice in Niagara Falls was an easy decision. I believe the best healthcare happens when you’re invested in the people and community you serve.
Dentistry allows me to combine science, problem-solving, and compassion to help people heal. I love that patients can often see and experience the difference quickly. Helping people become healthier and more confident is what inspires me every day.
One thing I love most is caring for people I’m connected to: friends, neighbors, and families I’ve known for years.
Outside of dentistry, my wife (name) and I share (number of kids/grandkids), and we spend many weekends (activity placeholder).
For me, success isn’t measured only by healthy teeth — it’s measured by the relationships I build and the trust my patients place in me. When you come into our office, you’re not just another appointment. You’re someone I want to understand and take good care of.
I’ve been a dental assistant with Dr. Marrone for just over a year, and joining the dental field has been an exciting and rewarding journey. One of the things I love most about working here is being part of such an experienced, compassionate team who are always willing to teach, support, and encourage one another.
My favourite part of the job is seeing patients leave our office feeling more confident and smiling a little brighter than when they arrived. Knowing that I’ve played a small part in helping someone feel good about themselves makes every day worthwhile.
When I’m not at the office, you’ll often find me taking walks by Niagara Falls, catching the latest movies, or trying out a new hobby. I love learning new things and am always looking for my next adventure!
I’m a part-time member of the front desk team, and one of my favourite parts of the day is welcoming patients as they arrive at our beautiful office. With more than 20 years of experience in dentistry, I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know so many wonderful patients over the years.
I actually came out of retirement a couple of years ago (with just a little encouragement!) to join Dr. Marrone’s team, and I’m so glad I did. It's a genuinely enjoyable place to work, surrounded by caring teammates who make every day rewarding.
When I’m not at the office, my husband and I stay busy spending time with our four children and eleven grandchildren. They keep us on our toes, fill our lives with laughter, and make family time my favourite time of all.
Before I joined Dr. Marrone’s team 15 years ago, I spent many years as a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA), giving me more than 30 years in the profession I love. I received my training at Niagara County Community College in Sanborn, New York, and I’ve been fortunate to spend my career helping patients feel comfortable and cared for.
The best part of my job has never changed—it’s the relationships I’ve built with our patients. Getting to know them over the years, celebrating milestones, and helping them feel at ease during their visits is incredibly rewarding. Those connections are what make coming to work every day so special.
When I’m not at the office, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, or wandering through estate sales in search of hidden treasures. You never know what you’ll find!
I’ve been a dental hygienist since graduating from Erie Community College in 1988, and I’ve had the pleasure of being part of Dr. Marrone’s team for the past 10 years.
One of the things I love most about my job is the relationships I’ve built over the years. Our team truly feels like a second family, and many of our patients do too. I enjoy getting to know each person who sits in my chair and partnering with them to improve not just their oral health, but their overall health as well. While helping patients make lasting changes isn’t always easy, seeing them become healthier and more confident makes it incredibly rewarding.
When I’m not at the office, you’ll usually find me spending time with family and friends, planning my next travel adventure, or relaxing with a good book. And yes—believe it or not, I also love coloring! It’s one of my favourite ways to unwind and let my creative side come out.
I’m Meghan, a Registered Dental Hygienist. I earned my dental hygiene degree in 2013 and have spent more than 10 years caring for pediatric and special needs patients. That experience has taught me the importance of patience, compassion, and treating every patient with the individualized care they deserve.
One of my favorite parts of being a hygienist is getting to know my patients and helping them feel comfortable in the dental chair. I take pride in providing thorough, gentle care so every visit is a positive experience.
When I’m not at the office, you’ll usually find me making memories with my husband and our two boys. We love traveling together every summer, and at home I’m kept company by my two beloved cats, who always make me smile.
I’m the Office Manager at Dr. Marrone’s practice, and I’ve been part of the team since 2021. One of the things I enjoy most about my job is building lasting relationships with our patients. Whether I’m greeting you on the phone or welcoming you through our front door, I want every visit to start with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. I love getting to know our patients and helping make each visit as smooth and comfortable as possible. Being one of the first people you meet when you contact our office is a responsibility I truly enjoy, and I take pride in helping create a positive experience from the very beginning.
Outside of the office, you’ll usually find me cheering on my daughters at the softball field or volleyball court. Watching them do what they love is one of my greatest joys. And when it’s football season, you’ll definitely find me rooting for the Buffalo Bills—Go Bills!
